Migrate with a plan, not a prayer. We assess, plan, and execute cloud migrations — rehost, replatform, or refactor — on the cloud providers’ own reference architectures, with minimal disruption to your business. Where you qualify, we also help cover some or all of the migration cost through provider-funded acceleration programs.
Architected on the providers’ own frameworks
We design and build every migration to the published best-practice frameworks from AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud — not a generic template. That means decisions are grounded in deep experience and the same guidance the cloud providers hold their own architects to.
- Well-Architected Framework — we review and build against the architecture pillars: operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability.
- Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) — we follow the structured adoption lifecycle (strategy, plan, ready, govern, manage) across the business, people, governance, platform, and security disciplines so the move is durable, not just done.
- Provider-aligned by design — AWS Well-Architected and CAF, Microsoft Azure Well-Architected and CAF, and Google Cloud Architecture Framework, applied to your actual workloads.
Migration funding & modernization programs
The hyperscalers offer migration-acceleration and modernization programs that, for eligible workloads, can fund assessments, partner delivery, and credits — covering some or all of your migration cost. As a partner, we help you qualify and put that funding to work. Funding is eligibility-based and varies by workload and provider; we don’t make dollar promises, we help you find what you qualify for.
- AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) — a phased program (assess, mobilize, migrate and modernize) with partner funding and AWS credits to offset assessment and migration costs.
- Azure Migrate and Modernize (formerly AMMP, now part of Azure Accelerate) — partner-led incentives and support for migrating Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux, OSS databases, SAP, and more — plus Azure Innovate for app, data, and AI modernization.
- Google Cloud RaMP (Rapid Migration and Modernization Program) — outcome-based migration incentives, partner and professional-services funds, and Google Cloud service credits for qualifying workloads.
The migration practice
Programs and frameworks only matter if execution is clean. Our migration practice runs the full lifecycle and hands you off to managed services at the end — nothing left half-finished.
- Discovery & assessment — inventory, dependency mapping, and migration readiness assessment with a clear total-cost-of-ownership and business case.
- Disposition & the 7 Rs — per-application decisions across retire, retain, relocate, rehost, replatform, repurchase, and refactor — modernizing only where it pays off.
- Landing zone — secure, governed landing zone design and build aligned to CAF, with identity, networking, and guardrails in place before workloads move.
- Wave planning & cutover — phased migration waves with tested rollback plans, low-disruption cutover windows, and validation at each step.
- Post-migration optimization — right-sizing and ongoing cost control via FinOps cost engineering, and hardening through cloud security posture management.
