Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Resolve Tech Solutions, LLC (“RTS,” “we,” “us”) website and any services, systems, networks, or infrastructure that RTS provides or manages (collectively, the “Services”). By using our website or Services, you agree to this AUP. It supplements, and does not replace, any signed service agreement between you and RTS; where a signed agreement conflicts with this AUP, the signed agreement controls.

Prohibited activities

You may not use our website or Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, account, or data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization;
  • Introduce or transmit malware, ransomware, or other malicious or destructive code;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website, Services, or any connected systems — including denial-of-service activity or excessive resource consumption;
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications, or harvest, scrape, or collect data, contact information, or content without permission;
  • Upload, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that you do not have the right to use;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the website or Services to defraud or deceive;
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, authentication, or usage limits.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep account credentials confidential and follow reasonable security practices;
  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes and within the scope of your agreement with RTS;
  • Promptly notify RTS of any suspected security incident, unauthorized access, or violation of this AUP;
  • Comply with applicable export-control, data-protection, and industry-specific regulations relevant to your use.

Monitoring and enforcement

RTS may, but is not obligated to, monitor use of the website and Services to verify compliance and protect the security and integrity of our systems and clients. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access — with or without notice — for conduct we reasonably believe violates this AUP or applicable law, or that poses a risk to RTS, our clients, or others. Where appropriate, we may cooperate with law enforcement and disclose information as permitted or required by law.

Reporting abuse

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, or of suspected misuse, abuse, or a security concern involving our website or Services, please report it to info@resolvetech.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
